CUC Sunday School Class

CUC in Story Form
Our own Roger Davis will be presenting the lesson this week entitled “CUC in Story Form”. The Bible verse is Matthew 13:34 which reads “Jesus spoke all these things to the crowd in parables; he did not say anything to them without using a parable”.

Zoom

We continue to have class both in the classroom and on Zoom.  We still have Zoom for those of CUC who prefer to stay at home or who are away from home! CUC is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting

Those attending class via Zoom should be signed into Zoom and admitted no later than 9:40 AM to prevent feedback noise. Also during the class please be sure to  MUTE!  Thanks for everyone’s cooperation on this!

Support the Drake House

Ladies, as you adjust your closets for Spring/Summer take your discards to The Drake House (408 Atlanta St.).  They receive goods Tuesday- Friday 11 a.m. it’s a lovely store and benefits single women with children at the Drake apartments. It’s one of RUMC missions.

Save the Date – Oct. 9th– Annual Malone Dodson Golf Tournament

The annual golf tournament which  supports  the  RUMC  Foundation is at a new location – Country Club of Roswell. CUC  has  always  had  a  good  number of  volunteers  for  this  event. This is just a note to let all of our wonderful “outside” golf volunteers and  any  others  who  might  like  to  help to mark your calendars.  We may be at a different course, however, we will not be changing the fun, friendships and purpose for the golf tournament.

Neighborhood Care Groups

Don’t forget to make a call or a text or visit this week to someone in your CUC Neighborhood Care Group!
