Parking will be blocked off this Sunday in the upper parking lot by the Fellowship Hall for the BBQ to be set up. There will be at least two golf carts running from 9:30 -10:00, 10:45-11:15, and 12:00-12:45 and maybe throughout the BBQ .

There will be a volunteer from CUC or Crosstalk out to move cones as needed for cars to drop off any members with mobility needs. Tables and chairs will be set up, but there should be room to drop off and turn around depending on how everything is set up.
