Praying for Those you Love

We will be having Debbie Goodwin teaching the CUC lesson the next two weeks. Her subject this week is “Praying for Those you Love”. We are looking forward to her lessons.

CUC Attendance

July 3

CUC SMALL GROUPS

One of the strengths of CUC is the number of members who participate in a small group. If you are not a member of a small group and would like information about how they are structured and how they operate, there will be a short meeting immediately after Sunday School this Sunday (July 10). We will meet in the back of the room near the piano. If you are unable to attend and would like information please call Gale or Roger Davis.

CUC Wednesday Night Out

CUC’ers will dine at Chicago’s restaurant [Menu], 4401 Shallowford Rd., Roswell at 5:30pm on this Wednesday, July 13. We had 29 diners at Altobeli’s Italian restaurant this past Wednesday.

If you don’t sign up in class and can attend, please notify Larry Douglas by Tuesday noon.

CUC Fall Retreat

We are looking forward to our 2022 CUC Retreat with the program being led by Michael Cromwell. If you haven’t made your reservations for the retreat, October 18th thru the 20th, and you plan to attend, please do so. We are holding a block with a special rate and location. Please contact The Ridges on Lake Chatuge (706) 896-2262 and follow the prompts . When you make your reservation use block code CUC2022. Please inform them of the number of occupants. If you have any problem contact Jim Morman .

The retreat committee hopes we can provide everyone with a memorable experience. The list of attendees has almost reached 50. We will be furnishing Y’all with the cost of meals and incidentals. We will keep the cost reasonable and do the best we can . Due to the inflationary times it is difficult to establish a cost this far out. We are very excited and hope we can provide each and everyone with a blessed time .
