Jim is doing well as he continues to recover from the side effects of the extended sedation. He was moved out of Coronary ICU last night. For the next couple of days, they will be making sure all his meds are in perfect balance, especially the blood thinners.

He started a very soft diet yesterday—no food since last Wednesday. Next challenges are regaining strength and walking the halls.

As the grands have been taught to say—“Papa tough guy!”.
