Several of you have asked about a Celebration of Life for my Mother. Well, my little tiny Mom will have THREE Celebration of Life.

There will be a Celebration of Life service in the Chapel at Roswell United Methodist Church in late September. With two granddaughters in college and one in boarding school, Kristin and Rich’s travel plans, and Jeff and Traci and Samantha’s schedule, we have not been able to confirm a date yet but will let you know as soon as possible.

There will be a Toes in the Sand Celebration for Mother in Kiawah on the 15th of September as the Becklinger Babes gather to share remembrances, stories and photos of her life. I look forward to this as there are so many memories of the family that we all will recall and share.

The final Celebration of Life will be help next summer at Fox River Grove in Illinois where my parents spent so much time with family and friends on their boat. This Celebration will allow many of the Illinois family and friends to share with us as, per my parents request, their ashes will be scattered on the Fox River where so many happy memories were made.

I can’t begin to thank you for the beautiful cards and the phone calls. They mean so much at this difficult time and your caring and concern make the days easier. I will be in touch when the date is finalized for the Celebration of Life in the Chapel.
