Love Offering for RUMC Custodial Staff
CUC will take up an offering to be shared equally with the custodial staff members who have recently been laid off. These wonderful people have served us so well and been an example of Christ’s loving service. We will pass a basket in Sunday school for two weeks or you can mail your check to Charlie Mason. If writing a check, make it out to CUC with “Staff Love Offering” in the memo line. Thank you for your commitment to these dear people.
Murphy Harpst Update
200 teenage-level books donated by CUC members have been delivered by Norma and Dave Hills to Murphy-Harpst and were greatly appreciated. A couple of computers from the Hills, and shelves, jewelry, and teddy bears donated by CUC members were also delivered. Please remember to use those Murphy Harpst tags when you shop at Publix to continue our support.
