The Hope That Lies Within You
This Sunday Dave Mueller will begin a 2 week study with us , entitled “The Hope That Lies Within You”.
Dave is a member of Crosstalk Sunday School Class, and has previously taught CUC.

Update from Last Week’s CUC Speaker
I enjoyed meeting the CUC Class members. I had a couple of notes that I wanted to follow up with the group:

Georgia United Methodist Foundation (GUMF) – manages the RUMC Foundation endowments and complete details can be found at http://www.gumf.org. Per their website and annual report (ending 12/31/15), GUMF has assets of $125.3 million. This is inclusive of services for individuals and churches/ministries.

CUC Fund Status (as of 6/30/2016): $54,730 GUMF Endowment Investment, $2,459.62 Total Funds Available in 2016 for Distribution (Grant approved for support of the Altar Guild, Murphy-Harpst Children’s Center and ramp project),$10,834.21 Lifetime Distributions.
